I fully agree.

The full experience and exploration of being human.

How can we grow fully, if we avoid and reject parts of our experience?

Excellent post.

Hi Veronika, thank you 🙏💜. Yep, and when we as a humanity grow fully, the violence will stop because we will understand. Understand is the key for me.

Absolutely! »Understanding heals all suffering,« as the Buddhists say. And it's true. The challenge is to figure out (in every situation anew) what exactly does 'understanding' mean this time...?

Understanding means knowing who we are in our expansiveness, that each human life is our soul’s choice, evolving as humanity means we will reach a space where we won’t feel the need for violence, and other atrocities, so non-violence won’t need to be mandated. Understanding that our souls have aspects in other dimensions, simultaneous to our human experience etc. interesting for me, as you know, understanding is not so valued in the cognitive field of academia … spiritual understanding is another space, beyond that field. I hope this makes sense?

Thanks for the restack Veronika 💜💜🙏. Got to run … to work 🤣

I like your definition. In everyday life, at least in mine, it means always being at the beginning, always challenged to figure out something new from scratch.

I assume the violence comes from unresolved inner conflicts. At every step of understanding some part of those inner conflicts is healed and violent responses fade away...

Hi Veronika, yes… definitely a challenge to reach understanding (self) … new aspects keep emerging which l guess makes sense given everything is energy. Yes, re the violence … inner conflict because we don’t know who we are. Sitting here at my desk watching the kids arrive at school for the day … l work with the seniors, 17-18 year olds, 20 kids over 2 days… they are more switched on now in ways l remember l wasn’t. Thanks for your thoughts 🙏🏼☺️

WOW Simone. This is intuitive, proud, deeply profound and it calls for me to read it again and again because there is much here beneath the words. It's beautiful when you share your deepest self through poetry. Thank you, Simone, John, et al. Namaste
